If you wish to appeal against a descision made by a member of staff at KYHP. For example, your application for housing is turned down, then you can use this form here

Complaints can be made using this form here and sent to complaint@kyhp.co.uk or you can simply write a letter to us at the above address. You can send the complaint to the manager or if you prefer to the chair of the board of trustees, please mark your envelope Confidential.
